I usually don’t leave reviews! But I actually loved my experience here! Judy was amazing and so gentle. They literally got me in and out. I loved how Judy took her time and made sure I was okay throughout my appointment. I loved the receptionist. She was so welcoming and kind! Thank you! I’ll definitely be back here!

The people are extremely rude. I came in for a basic gel removal which was $15. It took less than 5 mins to do as half of the polish was already off. I don’t believe this service constitutes a tip but I was about to provide one anyway. Maybe she thought I wasnt going to and goes “no tip?” And very rudely walks away before I can respond. FYI - Tipping is optional, not mandatory. Won’t be coming here again.

Nails were great, but way more overpriced than usual. However, I wanted to write this review because I consistently have trouble with the nail salons owner ( I think shes the owner, the one that runs the cashier ) , I am sorry she is so rude & literally ruins any customer experience ( never encountered an individual quite like her) which is sad because the nail techs are sweet, anyhow I am avoiding this place because of her.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience here was not positive. I’ve been to this salon twice and the first time was decent so I came back to get a mani pedi before a small vacation. I got a regular pedicure which was fine but the entire time I could tell the person was rushing through. which did not make it enjoyable at all. Then came my mani, which was a GEL manicure. Firstly when she was getting rid of my cuticles she did not soak them or use any type of gel or water, but instead alcohol to push them back/get rid of them. I didn’t like it and there was still cuticle skin build up that was on my nail so I asked politely to get rid of it. She told me she got it all but there was a visible rim of cuticle skin on my nail. so I asked the salon manager what is the cuticle remo

I’ve been here so many times, once I got my gel nails twice , because the work at first was unkempt , Annie (nail tech) came to rescue. And It happened with twice. Second time my nails got brittle and I had to wait to grow out. So I would suggest to book an appointment specifically with Annie for nails, pedicure is fine.
