Nail and Spa Story

First and last time coming! For starters, the place is lovely, and the staff are very sweet and welcoming. The biggest issue is the prices …$55 (plus tax+tip) on a gel pedicure is a little out of reach 😅. I’ve been to other nail salons that do gel pedicure for $40-$46 (including tax+tip) in which is far more better, and other salons do way better on a pedicure .. Again, the staff are sweet and welcoming but the pricing isn’t worth it, ESPECIALLY if it isn’t done properly. I chose not to do a manicure, in which thank goodness because after seeing the pricing on each type of manicure is insane. Again, the place is great and everyone is sweet, but the pricing isn’t as sweet :).

Came here for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was good all though to my disappointment the massage chair didn't work and didn't recline, so I was a little uncomfortable. The lady who did my manicure seemed all over the place and was not focused on my nails. She was talking on her personal cell phone at least 3 times as well while she was doing my nails. She seemed very frustrated because she messed up 3 of my nails for rushing and not giving enough time for them to dry before massaging my hands. She kept muttering under her breath and it was very obvious that she just wanted to get it over with. When everything was done, she said jokingly "next time do gel instead, powder too hard" (i did sns powder). Looking at the finished product, it came out decent even though several of my nails

Walked-in on a Monday afternoon. Very quiet and probably only one other customer in the salon. Was sat down immediately and my boyfriend sat on the side. Michelle did my nails. I asked for a soak-off ($8) and regular manicure ($15). Very pleased with the end result despite my grown-out acrylics not actually being soaked off. Michelle cut and pried them off and then filed and buffed the surface. I'm not really sure why this place received bad reviews. My cuticles were cut and my nails were cleaned on BOTH sides nail before painting. Manicure consisted of a base coat, two color coats, a top coat, and "quick-dry." Super clean looking in-person and in pictures. I was charged exactly the amount she quoted in the beginning and paid in cash. Love how it turned out and I would definitely come back

I go to Nail and Spa story exclusively for Michelle. She always does an amazing job no matter what inspo I show her. My nails last for weeks no chipping or breaking. I get a gel set.

I walked in and had color gel. I loved my nails done by Mireya. All staff are kind and welcoming. Very clean and great ambience. Ceci, the owner of the salon, knows very well what everyone needs and caters with great care.
