I have been coming here for years because of convenience and being close to my house ….. They never been the best and cleanest but the closeness to my house was always a reason to come here…… After all the years and dollars spent here today I am done! For Easter I brought my 2 kids to have their first experience to do design on one nail I was charged the same amount for 2 bunny ears as doing art on all nails …. I asked for discount as a loyal customer….the owner said no! I said fine…. A week ago I came for a refill and paid $125 for pedicure and refill this is what it looks like after a week! As a clients for 5 yrs they have zero customer service as he didn’t even offer a discount for a better refill! Don’t waste your money here!

NY Nails is my absolute favorite nail salon. Helin, the nail artist to the stars 🌟is amazing. My designs are always on point. She is timely, efficient, neat and extremely pleasant. I always receive compliments on my nails because she knows how to NAIL it! They have multiple options of colors and perform intricate designs. The entire staff is friendly and it is a nice relaxing place to get your nails done. 💅🏽 Highly recommended 👍🏽

Buyer beware. I came here to just add chrome to my already done hands and toes. They told me $25. I only did my toes with the chrome on top. They did not do a polish change or pedicure just painted clear coat on my nail - add pearl chrome and another clear coat. They still charged me $25 for only toes. Which is actually more than what they charge for a polish change. They definitely overcharged me. They then said it would be $50 if I would have added chrome to both hands and feet. Do not come here. There was also a homeless man standing at the front of the store and they told me to enter in through the back instead.

Lately I have not been happy with my nails. Ridiculously overpriced. They definitely nickel & dime their customers. Hands are NOT manicured prior to dip or gel, etc. I continue to go because it’s conveniently located two blocks away from me.

This salon WAS the absolute best a little over a year ago. Now it is owned by different people and NONE of the original workers are there. The quality of service has decreased and the prices have increased significantly. I tried to continue allowing the new owners to service me but I quickly realized that no matter what, they were determined to get close to $100 from me each visit. The last time they tried to charge me $80 for nails ($50 for full set and $30 for a very basic design). That was the last straw for me. They will not get another dime from me, a person who was a long time customer (since 2015). WHERE IS T?!?!? She was the best nail tech ever. I need to find the previous family who owned this business.
