I had my hair fully colored here (no bleach, single-process full color), and unfortunately I was not satisfied with the result or the way the situation was handled. Even though I clearly explained that this was my first time ever coloring my hair, the final color turned out uneven with very noticeable tone differences. The hairdresser also noticed this at the salon, and we agreed that I would check it in daylight and follow up the next day. After seeing it in natural light, the difference looked even more obvious, so I called as discussed and returned a day later for a correction (which can happen and would have been understandable on its own). The correction was limited to the root-to-ear section rather than a full recoloring, and the final result still did not match what I requested. I
