We chose this location because of the strong reviews and affordable pricing, and booked back-to-back haircuts with Shital. She was genuinely very sweet, but unfortunately, we were not happy with the results. I went first and showed her an inspiration photo, clearly explaining my hair type. I have a lot of fine, wavy hair, and I communicated exactly what I wanted. Despite that, I went in with very long hair and left with hair that was much shorter than requested. I asked for soft layers and curtain bangs, but ended up with choppy layers and uneven bangs that did not resemble the inspiration photo at all. She finished with a blowout and did not show the back of my hair with a mirror, which felt concerning since a blowout can easily mask mistakes. My partner went next and shared her own ins

I have been going here for YEARS!! The best is Ana and she books FAST… also shutout to Julia can’t complain about them. Polite, great work ethics knows ALL my kids.. I have 6 🫣. This last week I had a different treatment though and I was a bit upset over. I usually only book with Ana or Julia and due to scheduling I tried someone new. I was a bit disappointed.. i called to let them know I was a little late was greated at the door with.. You are late so I had to keep going out loud and obnoxious.. will not be booking with this person again. But we learn and it is what it is. Again if you want great service book with Ana or Julia.

I’ve had the same hairdresser (Marjorie) for over 12 years. She is always so welcoming and polite. She knows my hairstyle and cuts it just right every single time. She is an asset to Super Cuts in Little Falls nj
