After receiving 2 deep tissue massages from Nicole Penkalski she offered me a discount on future massages if I paid in advance. I paid $270 for 3 one hour deep tissue massages and scheduled the appointments a couple weeks apart. She then proceeded to cancel all of the appointments the morning of or the night before. I tried to be patient as she gave me every excuse in the book. Car accident (3 times), sick in hospital (3 times), dog died, grandma died, husband left, lost her job and her office. After she told me she lost her office I waited a couple days and called from a different phone number and asked where she was located looking to setup an appointment and she told me she was located and working from the same location. I then started trying to get a refund of my money which she refuse
