N J Nails & Spa

Hey guys, so for anyone considering trying another salon with their brows, please BE AWARE they do NOT prep your brows, no moisturizer, no ointment, nothing. They do it on raw skin. I grew my brows out for 2 months hoping to get a great look, but no… This is what I was left with. It burns..it’s been about 9 hours since. I asked for an arch in my brows after seeing them the first time because I naturally have one… as you can see, not one in sight, and they cut off my right brow tail. I even asked them to do an arch, but… I paid out of curiosity. Guys, please, my skin burns please be aware of this!!. I am not trying to be a Karen… I am just a teenager, and I know how brows are supposed to be anyway. Gby

This was my inspiration and this was my nails! I was sooo impressed! This was my first time here and took me right away and was so sweet!!! Will be definitely coming back!!

Today was my second visit and the last person, Lam, no longer works there, which I wasn't told when I called to make an appointment. The woman at the desk was rude, she tried to sell me everything and anything except what I asked for. I finally told her to back off. To my surprise, a man walked over and sat down to do my nails and it wasn't Lam. He did a pretty nice job but I'm not sure I'd go back because of the woman, who I assume is the owner. Up sell is all these people want, customer service ranks 2nd.

I really enjoyed my visit here. Nam did my nails and feet and was very detailed and took the time and effort to make them both look beautiful! I love them! Thank you, Nam. 😊 *Update* Unfortunately, after only one week, two of the nails chipped. I was so disappointed that these did not last longer than one week. I’m not hard on my hands either so it was most likely from poor application.

We had pedicures and we got Horrible service! The paint job on my toes is messy. When I was watching her paint my toenails she was missing the sides of my nails. I had to tell her several times that I wanted my whole toenail painted and she would look at me like Why would you complain. We will never go back there again. You go in for a service and you pay for it. You expect to be able to say something if you are not getting this service properly. My feet still had dry skin they barely did anything, just put your feet in the water, rub some lotion on them and paint. As soon as she put my shoes back on me she told me to get up. I didn't even have a chance to gather my purse and get my feet on the floor, just very rude and not relaxing at all.
