MYRILUX NAILS & SPA MERRIMACK

It was my first time at this salon so I went in, showed them my previous nail photos to emphasize on specific length and shape that I want.. I wanted a length that wasn’t too long nor too short and didn’t want my ends to be pointy.. I had made it very clear to them.. yet still they made the length shorter than I would’ve liked and also made it pointy.. also because it was first time there I had made sure to ask them the pricing of exactly what I wanted and they had initially told me $55 (after I had already told them what shape and length I wanted) then later they said it’s gonna be $60 because the length that they gave me is too long which is not.. it’s a short to medium length.. and then they added that they’re charging me extra for the shape.. so am I being charged extra for the length

Not great. Have clear polish all over my fingers. One nail not fully painted all the way. Then when I asked for a Halloween design on just one finger on each hand, I was told by the technician "No! Too pretty! Less is more!" Then she rushed me to the front to pay and leave. I'm sorry, but if you are a paying customer, it shouldn't matter what the technician wants. It should be what the customer wants. Very unpleasant.

The photo doesn’t do the nails justice but they came out exactly how I wanted! Great place, great customer service, and great workers! Everyone was very friendly and the guy that was doing my nails I cannot remember his name but I believe he is one of the head artists he always asked and made sure I liked how they looked! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Jc for almost 2 years now and she always does my nails exactly how i want them. I absolutely love her work and trust that she’ll do a great job each and every time! Myrilux is also very welcoming, i’m always greeted and situated as soon as i walk through the door. Their prices are also pretty affordable! Highly recommend!!

This salon is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I’ve been following Jimmy and his wife for many years now to a few different locations. He provides excellent, top notch services at a reasonable price. The rest of the staff is just as excellent at providing detailed services and a fun and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend making an appointment or stopping by for any nail care needs!
