The pricing is incredibly affordable compared to what you will get elsewhere and they are extremely personable and accommodating; I recommend just exuding patience and understanding that English is a second language for most of the staff who are all there with the best intentions of providing excellence if you give them the opportunity. Alexa did my lashes. She was very sweet and my lashes are so lovely! When you walk in it's gorgeous and very clean. Wow and their prices are very good for the quality work they give. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

I came in for a full set of the volume lashes. I liked my results but they have bad customer service. I called many times to confirm my appointment time and nobody answered the phone. When I got there they were sitting there with ear phones in, which explains why my calls were ignored 🙄. My lash lady was very short with me and the appointment took an hour longer than I was told. My lashes turned out great, so I did tip, but they still have some issues that need to be addressed.
