I have been going to Erika for 22 years, MYK Hair Studio is seriously the best. Minerva is such a lovely person and that alone should say everything. They are both incredibly talented, professional, and truly cares about the health of your hair. My hair has grown back healthier and stronger thanks to her expertise. She is especially amazing with blonde hair, balayage, and highlights — always beautiful, natural, and never damaging. She also does an excellent job with men’s haircuts and men’s color, so everyone feels welcome and taken care of. Erika is not just a hairstylist — she’s someone you trust with your hair year after year. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!

I took my daughter here today to get her hair done (wash, conditioned, silk press/blow out and partial color) They were able to get us in the same day. Erica talked to me over the phone and was super helpful and gave me all the information as well as answered all my questions. The receptionist was so kind and helpful too. Minerva was amazing and did my daughter’s hair exactly as she wanted and was so nice and knowledgeable. My daughter is the happiest and feels so confident. We will absolutely be going back.

Amazing experience from beginning to end! I was a walk in with a messed up hair cut from another salon and they got me right!! I received the BEST scalp massage ever, I swear! I walked in hating my hair and walked out LOVING it! They are an extremely welcoming crew, I actually felt like I have known them for years lol I live in Lynn but often come to Waltham and I’ve made the decision to make this salon my go-to place for my hair! Love this place!

I had an amazing experience at MYK Hair Studio! I was unsure about dyeing my hair, but the stylist Minerva, was so kind and reassuring. She helped me choose a color that matched my skin tone perfectly and is just right for the upcoming fall season. I also got face-framing layers that completely refreshed my look. She even fit me in the same exact day, which was such a bonus! The environment was super friendly and welcoming, and I left feeling so happy and confident. Definitely recommend!
