My husband and I have been to many massage places over the years, and nothing compares to My Thai Massage & Wellness. Every time he sees Sarah, he leaves actually feeling better — not just relaxed, but genuinely improved, which is something we haven’t experienced consistently anywhere else. This was my first time seeing Jess, and she was absolutely incredible. She put my body and mind at ease from the moment the session started. Her technique was thorough, calming, and effective — truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. We are so grateful to have found this place. The therapists here really know what they’re doing, and the quality of care is unmatched. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real, meaningful relief and a wonderful experience.

I’m what you’d probably call a serial spa and massage goer. As both a mom and a Shaman, regular massages are part of my self care routine. The Thai Oil Massage that I received from Sarah has got to be my top two favorite in the over 50+ spas I’ve attended. It’s a great combination of oil massage, stretch, and adjusting. Tie in the cupping and hot stones and you have the recipe for a PHENOMENAL massage!! I even bought my dad to her and he is still raving about it weeks ago. Well worth getting a package and telling everyone you know about it!! I also love the fresh tea blends and Thai clothing sold at the front. Thanks My Thai my helping me keep my body healthy!

I have been coming to My Thai for years and recommend them to everyone I know. That being said, Sarah is incredible; by and far the most skilled and attentive therapist I have ever received massage from. I was experiencing near full body soreness a few days after working a side job and I left My Thai feeling relaxed and restored on a level I couldn’t have hoped for.
