Amazing service with a truly personal touch! I live in the Netherlands and couldn’t find these hair products anywhere, My Supply Guy was literally the only place in the US that shipped them here. From the very first message, incredibly kind and helpful. Even with the time zone difference, responded quickly and really took the time to think with me. I had already placed an order but wanted to add another product afterwards, and they handled it effortlessly by combining it with my existing order. The personal service, the communication, and the willingness to go the extra mile… it honestly made such a difference. I never felt like just another customer, they truly cared about helping me. This is just an awesome place to get supplies and service. I had some clippers that were messing up and they told me the problem , and th Fixed them and them clipper work so well . The customer service is. More than a 5 ***.. I highly. Recommend for you to try. This place out you will not regret it . Great prices on there supplies also .

I love this place! Great customer service and quick turn around time on clipper maintenance (1 -2 days for mine). I will continue to drive there from Dawsonville to buy product and for maintenance or repair on my clippers when needed!

I’m so glad I found this place.. they actually have the right blades that fits my wife’s cutters! They also couldn’t make it to my wife’s shop before closing so they delivered straight to my home!! 🏠 they are very knowledgeable and very customer friendly people! All I can say is “My Supply Guy “ will have my business from Now On!
