My Nails

I got dip on my real nails 2/13 and I advised the tech that she had missed spots with the dip and she said ok I will fix it and put gel polish on top to match the color of the dip and said this will be stronger, I didn’t like it and said if my nails mess up I’ll be coming back. Well they definitely started peeling as well as lifting on the corners of my nails and now my nails are broken, polish peeled on some fingers but a $50 service that should have lasted a month is now completely wasted not even two weeks after and they expect me to pay to have them fixed and if I go to a new shop I gotta pay them however I shouldn’t have to because it should have been done right the first time and if I was telling her she messed up she should have taken the time to fix it instead of trying to cover it

I saw Jen for a full set, and it was very uncomfortable. She pressed extremely hard while filing, and it was painful throughout the appointment. She also cut me several times and it stung when she wiped off the nail color with nail polish remover. The nails she glued on were also not straight. I was not happy with the results.

Do not get your nails done here. They do not offer sanitized and sterilized instruments. I asked the lady to be gentle with my pinky toe because I injured it and she kept jerking it. Ni will bever go back again.

The place was a little dirty. Also, I don’t think they sanitize all the pedicure’s tools after using it with people before you. I feel very disappointed and disgusted. I did manicure and pedicure gel. The price that show on the board was $53. However, when I about to pay, the lady said $73, and asked me directly on my face how much will I tipped her? Seriously?? I don’t mind paying $73, but you guys should update the most recent price on the board!!!, also that was rude to ask how much will I tipped. Honestly, They just loss one customer. I’ll never go back to this place again. The nails came out so untidy. It was the worst manicure I have done in my life. I would give zero star if I could.

I want to love this salon and I keep trying but yesterday was the last straw for me. Tech dug too deep into nail bed, had to add some oil she pulled out of her drawer, to stop the bleeding. Insisted that I was dry and seemed eager to send me out, only to discover that my toe was not dry and now it is smeared. Disappointed and frustrated because I do not live in the area to go back to get toe polish fixed. 😡
