First lady started on my nails, then abruptly said "she will take care of you". Ms. T was nice & did a good job. When someone leaves a tip, they yell out the tip amount. Customer shaming...

I came to this salon after years of not getting my nails done. I had the pleasure of having Amy doing my nails today. She did amazing and was constantly checking to make sure that I felt good about my nails. Their customer service was great as well. Very welcoming environment.

I came on my birthday which is today. I had Jayden for my toes which he does really good. I asked for nails to. But when I had them. She (Mia) sharpened them way too much. , then I asked for them to be removed , she got mad left me with the tips on for my whole time I had my toes done. Then. The manager came to take the tips off I asked her to clean up my nails because there is still glue in them and she was trying to put oil on my nails. Told me I was picky. Yes if I’m spending almost $100 on my nails I expect to be picky. ( upon talking to Tony who is the owner as of today 11/15/2025. ). He was very rude did not let me explain what happen to my nails. And also he was the one who checked me out and left me like that when I tried to explain to him what happened )

Do not go here! They rush through your service to make the money and if you don't like it and ask them to fix something the same day they tell you that it's you and they won't correct the crap job they did while rushing. They just want money. I asked for the 35$ lashes and the owner tried to get me to do the 100$ set because "individual too heavy, this better". I kept saying no and i wanted individual and she finally accepted what I said and told me i needed to wait an hour. So I asked for a soak off and a full set. Charged 100 for a short full set acrylic with pink and white painted hearts. Are you kidding? When I asked the tech (not previous lady) to soak off my original set, she said "tips better" and proceeded to get a white tip and shove it under the acrylic and ripped them off my nat

Loved the service. It was crowded, but I didn't have to wait. Staff were very friendly and attentive. A male employee, (J or L ) greeted me with a smile and did a great job.
