My Bella Nails & Spa

NOT to be confusedwith bella nails in Gateway Crossing.... I've been seeing Nam, Tran and the team since they were Lee nails by Lake Brantley. They are always wonderful and welcoming and do such a great job. I've even gotten acrylics in the past and it's looked amazing! Went in today for a much needed mani/pedi (I haven't had a manicure in SO long) and I love my nails. I brought in my own color since I love rose gold Glitter. You are all so amazing to me, my mom and my nanny when she comes and visits. Thank you ❤ 11/10 recommend:)

The owners are extremely friendly except this guy… This was my second time with him for a pedicure. Last time I was so disappointed that this time, I decided to voice my request. I asked him to kindly put more pressure on the massage and he literally said “no.” I really thought I heard it wrong and I asked him again and he told me that there are lots of foot massage places to go get massages… So rude. I won’t be returning.

I've been to so many nail salons in my life but, none like this. I used to think my nails couldn't support gel or dip until I went here. Their care, precision, and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. They are warm and welcoming too. I went from never having an acrylic gel manicure last more than a week to having THE SAME acrylics on my nails for 2 months while I grow my real nails out and gel manicures that last 2 weeks (probably longer if I didn't need them to be filled). The staff here are phenomenal and I always leave not only happy but, ecstatic!

Max did an awesome job. He was detailed, friendly yet quick and efficient. Give this place a try as it is now under new management.

Went in for a "Luxury Pedicure". Was not given the Sea Salt Soak as advertised. I waited until the end of the pedicure in case the service would be provided at some point. They stated first that they were out of the sea salt. Then they said it was only worth "$2" because it was a pinch of salt. My review is based on the fact that I would have been charged full price for a service I didn't receive if I didn't bring it up. I think it's dishonest to not tell a customer upfront that a service isn't available.
