What a wonderful black owned business! We were in the plaza and decided to stop in. We were warmly greeted and the shop owner was very helpful as we looked around the shop. Priced are very fair and the selection was great. We all had different hair care needs and were able to purchase all that we needed. If you’re nearby, please stop by and show some love!

Racii provided the most amazing customer service when I stopped in today! She was friendly, professional and very patient with questions I asked. She is knowledgeable regarding wigs and hair care products. What was most admirable is that she has this amazing ability to match you with wigs that fit your preferences and personality. This was the most satisfying experience I have ever had in a beauty supply business. It will certainly be my go to location in the future.

She helped me find everything I needed and even took the time to have a great conversation. The experience honestly felt like Chick-fil-A level service — but for retail! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I been going to beauty supply stores all my life and I have NEVER felt so welcome in a beauty supply store. Racii (sp?) was SO sweet and SO helpful. I felt like I made a friend. This was the first time I’ve ever gotten a REAL customer service experience while in a beauty supply store and It changed everything for me as a Black woman. I will only go here from now on if I can help it!
