Love love love the atmosphere & knowledgeable staff at this salon. Curly haired girl here who has trust issues when it comes to haircuts — Lisa is amazing! I also colored my hair for the first time which was a bit nerve wrecking, but Lisa went above & beyond by explaining the best techniques & listening to my desires. I will definitely recommend to anyone in need of a new stylist to freshen things up!

This is by far the best hair studio salon in New England. I have been going to this salon since I moved to Massachusetts. Shout out to Lisa and Nikki for being just flat out awesome. They definitely bring the right energy every single time. I would happily recommend them. They are the best and will leave you feeling and looking at the top of your game.

You will never feel better than you do after a trip to MW Hair Studio. After several years of shopping around for a good stylist, I was referred to Nikki McCart through a friend; believe me when i tell you Nikki is my hair stylist for life. She and co-owner Lisa Walsh are so much fun, personable, and have the best energy. You literally could never have a bad time in their presence. You could be having the absolute worst day of your life, and by the time you leave the studio you are beaming with happiness and confidence. Not only are Lisa & Nikki amazing hair stylists, but they are also HILARIOUS. They make you feel so welcome and relaxed. I usually give them a general gist of what I want done and then completely trust them to use their own creativity! Before going to them, I typically only had one hair stylist my entire life and was nervous to switch. I wish I made the transition to them sooner!! I can’t recommend them enough.

I made an appointment with Lisa for a "Lived in Blonde" refresh for my hair a few weeks ago. I was in need of a change from my previous color and wanted to try someone new. I am so happy with how my hair came out. I have gotten numerous compliments on how beautiful and natural the color looks! If you're looking for a new colorist you won't be disappointed!
