OK, I was super hopeful and now just unhappy all around. I been going here consistently since this beginning of 2025. Even recommended friends and family who also started going consistently. Started out so great. Not over booking and accepting every walkin over scheduled repeat customers. That has changed. The main staff (managers or owners- not sure which) that were running the shop up until Id say maybe June-July after being told they were on vacation then being told they moved out of state not be returning. I get builder gel with shellac pedicure I believe there is one person maybe two at this point that knows how to do all services ie- gel, shellac etc the others from my observations just prep nails ie- remove old polish and do pedicures. which is fine, but should not agree to walk

Nice employee's - vision from reference picture achieved - bounced my service between three people. Got my nails done with gel polish ($15 extra) Tuesday night for a Thursday morning wedding (as guest) but had already lost 4 nails of polish. On rest of nails edge of polish is lifting and likely not make it a week.

I went here and saw Kaylin for the first time today and she did a wonderful job. She was very personable, had great attention to detail, and was very gentle on my nails. My nails look amazing, highly recommend and will definitely be back :)

Came in last minute. The beautiful young lady that did my nails was a gem. The whole crew was. She did an amazing job at my long almond shaped acrylics. Good convo, good work. Definitely will be back.

My experience was wonderful. The service is amazing. Lily did my nails and was very kind and friendly. I’m in love with my nails and will definitely be going back. I recommend going here next time you want your nails done. Update: I’ve gotten my nails done here 3 more time from last time. I love the place and the service.
