Always fabulous with Jennifer!! She listens to what you want, knows what she’s doing, and works with you until it is achieved. I have been there five times now and am so happy I found her.

Annie is excellent. I go to her faithfully and she did my grandson today. He was wiggly and not liking cut hair on his face. Annie got a towel and had him hold it in his face so he would feel. Ether. She was patient with him and his haircut is so cute. I would recommend her to anyone. 5 stars

After getting my first bad haircut at this location I took a 4 year break going to salons that charged me $60 but I always got a good haircut. This is my second time getting a bad haircut from this location. The staff member who cut my hair acted like I was an inconvenience to him. He didn't check to see if my hair was even. I had to ask him to fix it 4 times before feeling defeated and left the salon in tears. There was no communication or customer service. Not even a friendly chat. Just "what do you want". I had to fix my hair at home. I figured going to a Supercuts would be better than cutting my hair at home but I was wrong. I loved my experience today. The environment was so warm and I really enjoyed talking with the staff. I asked for the stylest to cut my hair how he thought it would look good and he nailed it out of the park. I highly recommend this shop.

Been coming here for years and it is the best place to get a haircut in Maple Valley hands down. Jenifer and her crew are amazing people with great skills. Nick is usually the one that does my hair but I’ve had others do mine when he’s not available and they’re always on point. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!🤙🏽
