Ms. Veronica is such a kind and patient lady. She helped to installed my microlocs in September 2023 and does my maintenance reties every 5 week. She is very efficient and accommodating. Ms. Veronica is very versatile and has recently started doing my grandchildren hair as well. She is gentle and very precise when it comes to their cornrow hairstyles. I made an appointment for my child to have her hair colored and styled via the website as there is no one answering calls at the telephone number listed and you will be sent a text directed to the website instead. I selected the service, chose the time, and left a note about the coloring desired. I pre paid my booking fee and waited for my appointment. No further information was exchange prior to my appointment date. I arrive at the salon five minutes before the time of the appointment (9 am) and the door was locked. Understandable as this was the first appointment of the day. I waited for five minutes and the door was still not opened and the lights were off.
