I was a little hesitant at first with posting this review but i feel like it needs to be said and known about the poor service and customer service experienced at this salon. I paid for a flip over sew in. Not only did this stylist not know how to do it she left my hair in shambles scrambling hours before my vacation. I was left under the dryer for an hour and she had my hair steaming for a hour. Two hours passed while she completed someone else’s hair. I had an appointment. She left 1 and a half inch leave out-out of the flip over in the front. The stitching was like an amateur did it. You can literally touch the top of my head and feel tracks. I had tracks start from my forehead to the back nothing in the middle. I had no choice but to wear it like a headband wig. A horrible mess. Then w

I am writing to express my sincere satisfaction with my recent experiences at your wonderful luxury salon. My first appointment was for a silk press, which included a wash, steam treatment, deep conditioner, and trim. My stylist, Kim, provided the best salon experience I have ever had, without a doubt. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation, the atmosphere, and even the offer for mimosas! I was so impressed that I decided to have Kim color extensions, as I have difficulty finding the right shade in stores. She matched my hair color perfectly, and the results have been amazing. Even after a month, I continue to receive compliments on the color. Today, I returned for a refresh, and Kim washed, blow-dried, and completely styled my hair. It looks and feels just as fantastic as the first day

I had a great experience at this salon! The space is absolutely beautiful, clean, and welcoming — and the little touches like snacks and water made me feel truly cared for. The service included a wash, blow dry, and trim, which was such a nice bonus. My stylist, Mecca, was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with how my sew-in was turning out — and I absolutely love the results! I had the worst experience with this salon. I trusted the owner to do my hair, especially since it was my first time getting extensions. I specifically told her I needed guidance, but she took full advantage of my inexperience. The color match was awful—she didn’t even give the extensions a root like my natural hair, and instead, used white beads all over my head! The beads were insanely tight, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I reached out to her for help, she told me she wouldn’t be able to see me for two weeks and was unwilling to fix her mistakes. Her only offer was to replace the beads at the crown of my head. I even asked for a partial refund so I could get a professional to fix her poor work, but she flat-out declined. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—terribl

Beautiful salon and professional service from start to finish. This was my first time at the salon. I was greeted and immediately offered water, coffee and snacks. Within five minutes I was taken back for a wash, steam& deep conditioning. Mecca cut and styled my grown out bob to perfection! Very enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
