Valerie is by far my favorite massage therapist. She always checks in with you, taking extra steps to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is well-versed in several methods of bodywork and knows how the body's many systems interact. This allows her to adjust her approach and pressure to what you need, working all the 'trouble spots'. I always come out of her sessions floating!
