The absolute best sports massage I have ever had! Years worth of tension and tightness were gone after 90 minutes! Alizabeth was so kind and even left me with stretches and exercises to do at home so all the hard work done in those 90 minutes wasn't wasted.

I had a very positive experience with Liz for my first ever lymphatic massage. I felt comfortable and at ease in the space. Liz was wonderful with explaining everything and with her expertise. The massage was very beneficial and I’ve rebooked already.

recently had a lymph massage and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. The therapist was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. The massage itself was gentle yet effective, and I could feel the lymphatic drainage happening almost immediately. Afterwards, I felt so relaxed and my body felt lighter. I also noticed a decrease in swelling and bloating in my legs, which has been a persistent issue for me. Overall, I highly recommend lymph massage for anyone looking to improve their overall wellbeing and reduce inflammation in the body. Super nice guy! Mike has the experience and strength to fix your joints. Both of my shoulders had issues, but after an hour with Mike, I felt almost as good as New. Deep tissue massage is an understatement, but he knew exactly what to do. Anxious for my next visit!
