I’m writing this review to share my recent experience so staff are aware. I clearly asked for a gel color with clear dipping powder underneath, as this combination works best for me. The nail technician responded by saying it was “too expensive” and decided to do something cheaper instead, which I found unnecessary and offensive. Unfortunately, she did not perform the service I requested and applied black dipping powder with a basic clear coat instead of gel. When I reminded her of my request, she appeared irritated. I also asked for May at the beginning of my appointment, but my request was ignored. I later saw she was on break and chose not to push the issue out of respect for her time. Overall, this was my second disappointing manicure experience here. I will continue coming for pedicur

Maria did amazing!! She can do creative designs and slayed my friends eyebrows! She does it all!! I will be coming back and requesting her every time she is the BEST. Prices were amazing as well.

Maria did such a beautiful job with my nails! She took the time to perfect the shape that I wanted as well as helping me pick out the right nude color to best match the picture I showed her. 10/10 would recommend this nail spa, it is extremely clean and everyone is nice and welcoming. Book an appointment with Maria for the best nail service! Edit 11/14/23: Went again to remove my old nails and get a new set and Maria took great care of me! I love the attention to detail, especially when it comes to cleaning up the back of the nail! Edit 12/13/23: I dropped a dumbbell on my nail and broke it very close to the base. Maria was so careful to remove my broken nail and give me a beautiful new set ♥️

I used to like coming here but something has changed in the last year or so. I've had my nails torn from my nail bed with the only consolation being Neosporin. Blood everywhere and pain for days. No discount or anything (given the mishap). I only went back one time after because someone paid for me in advance for my birthday. I wished they'd ask. Attached are pics of what I did then. My cuticles weren't treated or anything. When I mentioned it- one of them tried to fix it. What you see is the fixed version. The ladies there are rude. They love to tell you "relax" and "you look stressed." My response was "Yes, it's hard to really relax here because I'm never sure what I'll get or how I'll be treated." They're very inconsistent.
