Honestly, gave this office two shots and each time have had a very bad experience. First visit, I didnt get seen until an hour after my appointment. All forms were filled out. They tried to charge me a co-pay without checking to see if I paid first. And then the staff seems to not know if you been there before or not and will give you bad information. This last time, dropped the ball on scheduling as well.

I took my Son and he c saw Dr. MCGuiness from the time we walked in the receptionist was very kind.. our wait time was great! Went unto the room with Nurse Nancy she was very kind and made my Son feel very comfortable. Dr McGuiness came in and explained Everthing my Son did his surgery and we where out. My Son is doing great will return in 2weeks. Thank you all very much.

The office was clean, and the doctor was very nice and friendly; however, I visited twice and never received effective treatment for my acne or saw any results. After switching to a different dermatologist, I was able to see improvements quickly. Additionally, although it may have been specific to the day I visited, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. I could clearly hear them complaining and speaking negatively about patients while working, and their overall unfriendly and condescending attitude created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Another instance occurred when I called to reschedule an appointment two months in advance and was met with an unfriendly and passive-aggressive response from the staff (e.g., “Okay…?” and “So what do you want me to do?”). Dr. McGuiness was very thorough with my daughter. The nurse was very knowledgeable. We didn't have to wait very long in the waiting room. It was a pleasant experience .

I went in there today for an appointment. They told me my insurance was overdue. They couldn't understand the concept that I pay a premium at the end of each month. I paid in October for November. It is pretty simple. I have never been late on an insurance payment, and I was treated like a criminal. I will never go back. I pay way too much for insurance and doctors to be treated like that. If they had called me with this question, I would have had documentation with me. That would be way too much work for this crew. I went to another dermatologist. They were kind and professional. I used my insurance without an issue because I pay my premiums monthly.
