Sean has been looking after my body's well being for several years as my personal trainer. He personalizes his workouts to my physical needs and closely monitors the impact. If he pushes too far, he quickly adjusts and uses his massage training to make things better. He concentrates on my goals of maintaining balance, core strength and agility. He even includes exercise to support my need for increased bone density. He does the research to truly create a training program tailored just for me.
