I have been going to this salon for several months. I won’t be back. This last appointment, I had a gold chrome manicure and pedicure to look “dressy” for the formal night on the cruise we were going on the next week. The technician forgot the paraffin wax for my feet. She and I didn’t remember until I needed to pay. She said “oh well I gave you an extra long massage on your hands.” My finger nails chipped within 3 days. I called and was told that I needed to come back in to get the manicure again. I explained I was leaving on our 50th Wedding Anniversary cruise in 3 days and had no time to come in before then. The only other option they gave me was a $10 refund . After making an appointment weeks ago for a pedicure. Half way through I was told that they couldn’t provide the type of pedicure I wanted … they didn’t have time. ?… that should have been said at the time of the booking. I would have not have gone at that time if I would have known. For me it was a wasn’t worth it.

We had a wedding party come to this nail salon and they did an amazing job! They were so kind and fun!they did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

I went and had a full set of acrylic nails. Within a couple of days 3 of them fell off. Chris did them and fixed them. A couple of days after that 6 fell off! all the the 3 he fixed stayed but the rest just dropped off. He wouldn't refund my money or redo the nails! Never had this ever happened in my life! 57.00 for nothing. Do not go he is not nice he's a crook. The blonde lady that took off my remaining nails was nice but he (Chris) didn't even say he was sorry for his crappy work and didn't offer any compensation for his mess up. I'll never go there again. Anyone that does after seeing this is crazy! He told me you said you was putting this on Facebook so I not fixed your nails! He says we're even! I said because I tell the truth? Chris was the sweetest most amazing nail artist I’ve been to. He helped with picking a good shape for my nails, his attention to detail is amazing! The other artist was so sweet as well! They had us laughing so much and it was a genuinely fun experience Another big plus for me, as I have smell sensitivities with migraines, this place didn’t smell like a nail salon. I always just accept the fact that nail salons smell like polish, but the salon was almost scentless! I REALLY appreciate that aspect Will definitely be my go to salon when I’m in the area!
