Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a new business. They blew me away with their concept, decor, layout, knowledge and overall experience. First off, the head spa concept is brilliant. I can’t believe I had never heard of it and don’t see more. I think everyone’s highlight of their hair appointment is the sink shampoo. To have that moment in an hour long experience was honestly life changing. It was SO relaxing with all the different tools and aspects to the treatment. I didn’t want it to end! Eliza was AMAZING! She went above and beyond making sure to show me a PowerPoint of what to expect and explain the why behind every step of the head spa process. She showed me before and after close ups with a special camera which proved impressive results and truly showcased the bene

Amazing experience! I got a facial, massage, head spa, and eyebrow waxing/tinting. I have never received any of these services before aside from the waxing/tinting and everyone was very helpful and made sure to walk me through every step of the way. Everyone here was so nice and pleasant. The whole atmosphere is a vibe. Clean with pleasant aromas. I had an amazing day thank you so much for tending to my needs!

Booked a spa package that included a full body massage, along with the Yumi scalp treatment. Carolyn was awesome at working all the knots and soreness from my neck & shoulders. She really listened to my concerns and I felt great afterward. Then I saw Eliza for the Yumi service, where my scalp was evaluated and products were chosen for my needs. Sitting in the massaging chair while getting a soothing shampoo, deep conditioning, and another neck/shoulder massage was pure heaven. After a quick blow dry, I left the salon feeling like a new person. I highly recommend Hair Nova if you are looking for some pampering.

Eliza is absolutely wonderful! The head spa experience is a lot more than just a scalp massage. It’s an even better experience than a body massage. The entire experience is excellent! From the environment, to Eliza’s bedside manner, to the head spa; it’s all fabulous! I am 82 years old and this is the special threat I get from my daughter every month that makes me feel beautiful, relaxed, but most importantly, Eliza makes me feel special.

Hair Nova Head Spa is SO clean & beautiful! The head spa experience was wonderful! VERY relaxing! Eliza does a phenomenal job from start to finish!!!!! The entire experience was absolutely amazing!
