Unfortunately, getting anyone to answer the phone is a challenge in itself—and when someone finally does pick up, they make it painfully clear they don’t care about helping you. I called to schedule a treatment and haircut and had already left multiple voicemails that were completely ignored. When I finally reached someone, the man who answered was instantly rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed that I was even calling. Was in town for a wedding. Asked for a reco at the hotel. The place they recommended was all booked. So I found this one on Google. I lucked out as they had an opening. The salon is clean and they use the same high end products I do. Jimmy gave me a great, thorough wash and Ayumi did my blow-dry/flat iron. I have tons of thick, curly hair, which many stylists find a challenge. Not Ayumi! She listened carefully to what I wanted and the result was beyond expectations! My hair is silky smooth, even the day after. Highly recommend! Thank you! I’ll come back next time I’m in town!

Usually I take time to actually start liking my new hair cut, but for the first time in 29 years I was completely in love with the results! Ayumi is an artist and I mean it! She did an incredible job and really understood whatever my idea was. I now have an official hair stylist, I’m never going anywhere else again. If this seems overpriced to you, believe me - it’s worth it! I’d give 10 stars if I could.
