I had gone in yesterday (December 16th) and asked for a haircut and a little bit of face framing layers. I had gone and seen macie and it was my first time there, I had showed her a picture of what length I wanted to and she got it much shorter. There was nothing I could do about it as she didn’t cut small amount at a time. She cut the whole length at one. I didn’t necessarily mind the length but i definitely didn’t love it. I had taken a picture the day after I had gotten it done and it was unbelievably uneven. The side of my hair is 3 different very blunt lengths. I had called the store and asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation and she had said “well macie is a very Advanced hair stylist and she was probably just having an off day” then offered to cut my hair even short

I was in for my first ever lash lift and tint, I was SUPER nervous since I dont usually do these kinds of things due to anxiety. But I have a feeling I'll be a well known face in there! Alexis did an amazing job from the lashes to making me feel comfortable, it was an over all great experience 🥳

My experience is Terrible. I heard good things about this place, but going in to get my eyebrows wax, blonde lady doesn't know what she's doing and waxed off almost all of my eyebrows off. I wanted to cry. Since it's been haunting me for weeks, I don't want others to feel the same way I do. Don't do it. Go somewhere that's professional and the person actually know what they are doing.

I saw Kelly for the first time and I will never go anywhere else! She is amazing! She did exactly what I wanted for my hair, recommend great products and has great customer service. I got a full foil with high and low light blend and money pieces.

I have been going to Muah Salon and Spa for several years now, and there is a reason. Kari is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have had my lashes done, cut, color, spray tan, which have all been great... BUT my extensions have me addicted. Those who don't know me are baffled that they are not my real hair. She blended the perfect colors together. The compliments I receive and how obsessed I am are just a few reasons I keep coming back.
