Mrs. J is a great stylist. Her customer service is impeccable. She installed my Sister locks 3 years ago and has maintained them. My locks are long, beautiful, and healthy. I would definitely recommend Mrs. J to anyone in need of a Loctician or Licensed Hair Stylist.

I love, love it here! Mrs. Jay don’t miss. She has done a great job with my hair. She will always text you the day before your appointment to make sure you are still coming and I love that because sometimes I forget. I get so many compliments about my hair. Mrs. Jay is the best! Me and my mother will forever be loyal customers.

For starters, I wanna point out overall Mrs. J work is decent. She does good work. However, unsure if she feels she’s the baddest Loctician in Rocky Mount but her customer service is what drops her down. It’s the “I don’t care attitude” she gives off. Change my appointment a few times pushing the time back. Never complained. Paid the little $120 & tip. Change my folks appointment time multiple times pushing her time back. Was charged $120 for each service. Mrs. J don’t offer any type of compensation for “HER” being late, “HER” changing appointment times less than 16hrs from your scheduled appointment time. I have microlocs I love them and I had hair that was coming out around my edges and the top now my hair is thickening up and looks pretty and healthy Ms J has a awesome personality she is knows a lot about hair products as what I need for my medical conditions as well! A great experience to looking beautiful!!
