Warm, friendly, bright, clean. I chose the nail salon because of the reviews and I couldn't be happier. The owner is extremely welcoming. The girl that did my nails ask me what shape I wanted and did a fantastic job. Of course on a cold day the warm towel on my back felt great. I'm so happy I chose them they will be my new go to salon!!

This was my first visit to Mrs. Nails. I needed a fill, but my regular salon couldn’t fit me in. I called, and they said they could take me. I mentioned I was on a tight schedule because I had to get my son off the bus, and as soon as I arrived, they took me right in. One technician started on my nails, and I believe the owner finished them. From start to finish the service was amazing! She kept checking the time to make sure I’d be out in time to pick up my son. I really appreciated the care and attention — I’ll definitely be back.

Today was my first time to Mrs. Nails and I plan to come back. The salon was clean, the staff were incredibly nice, price was quite reasonable and my nails and my 84 year old Mom’s were a beautifully done! I recommend calling and making an appointment because it made for a smooth process. They were able to get me in on the same day! Absolutely love!

I was in the other day 2/7/26 to remove gel polish and the lady at the front was super rude asking whether or not my manicure was UV or color gel which I did not know and furthermore why should it matter? Then I was told it was either 20 or 30 depending on the type of gel I had on my nails. I told her I’m not sitting in the chair unless I know how much the service will be. I had the polish removed but this place will never get my business again they just happen to be convenient to my job and I was in a time crunch

I am a truck driver from Canada, and I go to many salons across North America. I had a mani/pedi I picked the middle of the road pedi package and also had my old acrylic removed off my finger nails. I must say they did a wonderful job. One of the best services I have ever had. I will definitely return if I am ever in the Branford Connecticut area. Thank you ladies for this wonderful service!!!!
