Moxie Salon + Spa

I had recently had a hair consultation with Raquel for a balayage Also for my son‘s hair to be bleached. She was Super confidence and reassured me that she can do both so we booked the appointment and I text her later on confirming the appointment and the deposit where she did not get back to me for days. She finally gets back to me and apologizes for being so late and confirms the $50 deposit is for my son’s hair . I say great I will send it . I sent her a picture of her Venmo just confirmed that that was her where she did not get back to me AGAIN at all regarding the deposit and then three days before my appointment tells me that she did not see my messages and apologizes than tells me she booked somebody else in my spot so she no longer has it available for me and also that she doesn’t

Deanna is the best hairstylist at this location! I feel like she can do it all and makes sure you leave happy and confident with the service! I have family, friends, and neighbors who all go to her for her wonderful skills

Poor management. It was my first time going back to salon after 4 years of being traumatized from another salon thinking this was it and it wasn't. I got booked at the same time as another customer and even though the other customer said she was NOT in a hurry the stylist proceeded to disregard me and wanted me to come back when I had made the appointment thru text 2 days prior. I had mentioned I only had the hour to do my hair cut and she still proceed to book me and confirm THAT day she was still going to see me. All she said was ,I'm sorry ,as she was trying to look for someone to do my hair in the salon.I just walked out.

Great atmosphere, staff always so welcoming & friendly. Kristal is the best and fantastic at what she can do. My hair always comes out just like I want. I would highly recommend Moxie to friends and family.

I just had a balayage done by Raquel and I have to say I'm obsessed with the results, she did such an amazing job but not only that her customer service was great . I'm extremely pleased , will definitely keep coming back!
