Thank you thank you THANK YOU to Rachel and the team here. I’ve always had long hair and decided I was finally going to make the chop. Rachel was super sweet, made me feel so comfortable, and did exactly what I asked. HAPPY TEARS!!! I had genuinely good conversation with her and the other two there. I don’t think I’ve ever visited the same salon twice, but I’ll be back here for sure.

I had such a great experience with Rachel! I have very fine dark blonde hair, so I’m always careful about who I trust with highlights, but she did an absolutely amazing job. The highlight came out perfectly—bright, and nice the way i wanted it. I also really appreciated that she works with Olaplex, which protected my hair throughout the bleaching process and kept it feeling healthy and soft. I left feeling so happy with the results. Highly recommend Rachel if you want beautiful color without damage!

Their new stylist Bonny was doing my hair. I asked for a TRIM and long layers telling her throughout the haircut to make sure it stayed very long. Not only did she cut 4-6 inches off she thinned my hair soooooo much. Im looking into extensions which I’ve never needed in my life since she made it sooooooo thin. I expressed to the manager that was there how upset I was. She still charged my full price and told me someone would call me tomorrow to go over it. NOPE, no call. I understand stylists have bad days and maybe she had a language confusion but I was clear and she spoke English. I’m upset with the horrible customer service and the $90 haircut that looks like I went to super cuts or a student at Aveda at best. I recently moved to Jupiter and needed a new hair salon—so glad I found this place! Heather is amazing and super quick with highlights. I’ve gone twice already and plan to keep coming back. The salon is spotless, the staff is very friendly, and they offer a wide range of services like spray tans and extensions. Highly recommend!

My wife bought a package and made two appointments a week in advance on two different occasions. Both times, when she arrived, they said they could not do her hair because her "hair was too long." (It's about four inches below her shoulders.) My wife then asked for a refund on her package and they said they would so so within 72 hours, and of course they never did. Unfortunately, the credit card company had to get involved. Beware of this place! I have a feeling most of their reviews are fake.
