I started seeing Lisa about a year ago to address some deep low back pain (QL related) which she eased immensely. I’ve been seeing her regularly since then to release tension in my back, shoulders, and nervous system. I love the variety of tools she offers (cupping, percussion, aromatherapy, craniosacral therapy - all with permission of course) and her deep attention to what my body is asking for. In addition to her truly magical healing abilities, Lisa herself is a joy to communicate with, one of the warmest people I’ve ever met. I look forward to every session and always leave feeling lighter - I cannot recommend her enough!

I have been going to Lisa for almost 2 years now and I always count down when my next session will be. Lisa is very intuitive and always knows the right amount of massage, fire cupping, hot stones, and/or cranial sacral that my body needs. I leave her sessions feeling like a whole new person. I have had 3 massages with Lisa and they have been transformative. Her touch is confident and deeply intuitive. It felt like we were partners in a healing dance. I was very nervous to receive cupping but trust was rewarded with an unfrozen shoulder, amazing. Lisa's craniosacral touch brought me into a deeply meditative state. Lisa is an incredible body worker! I've been seeing her for about two years. My job is very hard on my body and she has helped me so much. Lisa is also an incredible person!
