If you are looking for a sports massage, Move Medical is the best place to go. After several sessions with Desiree, I’ve come to really appreciate the various treatments they can provide, and feel the benefits. As a mountain biker who supplements riding with gym work, I consider Move Medical (especially Desiree) to be part of my performance plan, and essential to recovery and durability.

Skyla is so wonderful! I ran a 10k and my legs were killing me but she helped them feel so much better. She ran down what we would focus on, listened to my needs and explained everything she was doing and how much pressure she would be applying. It helped a lot with the muscle recovery and I'm glad I made the visit 💕

I have been going to Rita at Move Medical Massage for over a year. She is so skilled and knowledgeable about muscles, tendons and movement. Even before I could get into physical therapy she helped me tremendously. She has had suggestions for exercises which were helpful. I definitely can move better after she works on me. I highly recommend her.

I'm a very active, soon to be 60 lady and I have had massages from Emma and several of her staff for over 5 years. I cannot say enough positive things about Move Medical Massage. It is a consistently good experience to go there and these monthly massages help me to stay active and to prevent injuries.
