There's nothin like getting relief for issues you didn't even know you had! Mandy was terrific and incorporated techniques/ tools that you'd typically have to pay extra for elsewhere. The bonus of it all was learning more about how to better care for my body/recurring conditions.

Absolutely the best deep tissue massage ever! Mandy was absolutely amazing! My husband and I came to stay in the Bar Harbor/Trenton area with our 3 dogs so we were hoping for an at home massage. Mandy was great in terms of planning and flexibility. She gave both of us a 60 minute massage (although I regret not booking 90 minute massages instead!) and it was wonderful. She came with all of her equipment (including a massage bed warmer which was perfect for the rainy day we had) and was absolutely delightful. We have been talking about how amazing we feel since she left and would absolutely 100% book her again the next time we visit. I went in with a very tight neck and back, it had been over a year since my last massage and I was in rough shape. An hour later I felt like a new person, my back and neck were loose and much more comfortable. If you need a deep tissue massage this is the place to go!

Let me pile on the praise! Mandy is truly the best massage therapist I’ve ever encountered. I love deep tissue massage and I have found the most skilled professional I’ve met. She is so knowledgeable and explains what she’s doing and why. She has been focused on helping to address long-standing fascia issues throughout my body and it hurts SO good. I have been so impressed by the long-lasting effects: more energy, feeling looser, and just more comfortable in my skin. Do yourself a favor and book two hours; you won’t regret it!
