Most Wanted Barbershop

Barber forced a card holding for booking. My bank would not let this go through. I tried 3 times. Each time it holds the slot from the last attempt. By try 4 I used another card and it worked. From another bank go figure. The barber Jadiel cancelled every single appointment of mine thereof, did not reply to me, would have employees lie that he isnt there etc... hypocritical at best because despite having a cancellation policy the barber does not reschedule you when he cancels you... p.s. I tipped 10-20 dollars every single haircut and was a loyal customer for 3 years but the guy is young and stupid. Additionally he has his other barbershop lie that he isnt there. This barbershop has talent but the talent is unprofessional at best. Update owner calls me at 8pm to ask me for 125 for a cut..

I called ahead and was told to come in at 6 PM as a walk-in, and that I’d be taken care of right away. I arrived exactly at 6 PM, sat down, and waited 30 minutes before being told I’d be seen “very soon.” After a total wait of 1 hour and 15 minutes with no update, I decided to leave. During that time, I also noticed employees drinking alcohol while on the job especially when they’re using sharp tools near clients. This isn’t about being impatient it’s about basic professionalism and safety. If you value your time or expect a sober, responsible barber, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Been going to John (Pinky) for years now, always received good service and the best haircuts.

Worse experience than I thought was possible. After showing this dude a picture of a regular haircut he shaved my head bald, blew compressed air into my ear, (it rang for two days) forced my head down and cut my hairline back like a solid half inch. I was charged $40. I was completely violated. Never go here. I want a refund.

Best barber shop in the city! Pinky has been cutting my hair for years and has never missed. All the barbers in that shop are top tier.
