I had a wonderful personal training session with Scarleth! When I walked in she had the game plan written on the white board so I knew what to expect, she demonstrated and explained the exercises clearly and corrected my body mechanics if needed. At the end of the session she does a meditation style cool down that calms the body and the mind, it was unique and I would recommend to anybody who's in need of an expert to reach their fitness goals.

Scarleth has become my primary go-to for holistic health & wellness. Her ability to sync her knowledge/skills while providing quality care is truly remarkable. as MOSS Wellness continues to expand, I encourage anyone in NOVA region to try just [one] out of several key services--you will be amazed.

Scarleth is amazing! She’s helped me so much with my sciatic pain and I always walk out of my sessions feeling lighter and more relaxed. I've been seeing Scarleth since September 2024 for neck, shoulder, and sciatic nerve pain from a back injury. She immediately recommended a stretch session along with a massage, and I felt relief right away. Her guided breathing during the stretch was deeply relaxing, and her massages are always amazing. Scarleth is knowledgeable, caring, and really listens to your needs. Her energy and studio create a peaceful, healing environment. Highly recommend!
