I came in for a long-overdue professional haircut with very long hair, hoping to clean up the length and tidy up my bangs after trimming them myself for several years. The length cut turned out great—I was nervous about losing too much, but it was exactly what I wanted. The bangs, however, didn’t quite match what I had in mind. We talked through a few options, and while I tried to explain my usual style (straight across, one finger above my eyebrows), the end result was more rounded, shaggy bangs that were closer to my eyebrows than I prefer. I did ask for a small adjustment, but ultimately tweaked them myself once I got home. Francis is the best stylist who has ever cut my hair in the 68 years I have been on the planet. She is very pleasant, a great conversationalist, and keeps her focus on a great haircut. Highly recommended!

I would recommend Frances to anyone. Scheduled an appointment here a bit last minute; I wanted a cut prior to a wedding and could not get in with my regular stylist. I only halfway knew what I wanted, she talked to me about my options, and I left with a chin-length cut and blow dry that suited my curls well.
