I’ve been going to Mosaic seeing Suzanne for hair services for going on 15 years. I’ve always been 100 percent satisfied, never had any issue or concern with anyone at the salon. It’s beautiful, so clean and well run and is a pleasure to go there every month as I do. Suzanne’s skill set is a 10, she’s an expert at color and cuts and always has spot on creative and age appropriate suggestions.

This review is strictly about the front desk/reception experience, not my stylist. Today I called to let my stylist know I was running a few minutes behind for my 12:30 PM appointment, and the receptionist put me on hold before I could even speak. I remained on hold while driving there. When I arrived around 12:39 PM, I was still on hold and the front desk did not appear busy. Taking a quick message would have taken moments. When I approached the desk to mention I was still on hold, the receptionist responded dismissively, including an audible teeth-suck, and brushed it off as being “busy”—with no apology. I have been coming to mosaic for a few years now and I absolutely LOVE IT here. I normally get my hair cut and colored, or a facial. Stephanie its the best hair stylist, i never have any problems with how she does my hair and im always so happy with how it turns out (Pictures of her work on my hair below). The facials here are also very nice and relaxing. As for the place itself, its always very clean with just an overall positive and kind energy.
