I cannot say enough good things about April at Mosaic Nails! She is truly the best. No matter how detailed or specific my designs are, she always has so much patience and executes them with the utmost skill and precision. My nails always come out better than I imagined!! I’ve been going to April for about a year now for my Gel-X nails and she truly is my girl!! ♥️♥️♥️🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 Beyond her talent, April has the loveliest personality — warm, kind, and genuinely pleasant to be around. I always look forward to my appointments with her, not just for the amazing nails but for the experience as a whole. If you’re looking for someone who really cares about their craft and their clients, April will not disappoint. I highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Do not come to this place. Their nail techs have no idea how to do Gel X. Your nails will fall off fast. I came in to get a new set. Paid to take my old Gel X off. The nail tech that did my nails was slow. I paid $89 plus $10 tip. My nails fell off after 2 days. The first nail from opening a plastic bag. The second and third nail from moving a pillow (day 3). Then I had called to complain about the quality of my nails and the lady on the phone said to come in for a new set. I made my appointment for Tuesday after I got off work. I drove there and when I arrived the attitude from the front lady was insane. She had no idea why I was there. The person I spoke to on the phone was not there. I gave her my name and my phone number and she said what

I’ve been a loyal costumer for over 2 years but now debating whether I should continue going there or not. I got my nails done 22/11/25, the service was terrible and the workers were rude. The night of that day, my Index nail popped off out of no where and my Nail bed was bleeding because of how deep she dug into it. I have on gel-x nails and from experience I know they aren’t supposed to pop off that quick. A day later another nail popped off. I’m very unhappy. Aside from that, the lady painted the nails with a color I wasn’t satisfied with. Another employee came by and I told Her I didn’t find the color I wanted although she told me before I started that they had that specific color. The last manicure bottle that was brought to the table was tested on the lady’s nail, she only put one

Vivian is the BEST! Coming from someone who is extremely picky and high maintenance. She is always precise, detailed and efficient. Her shaping and French game is unmatched. Truly talented and I’ve never been disappointed👏 not to mention my nails last WEEKS and I work with my hands. The salon itself is beautiful and always clean. They always have it stocked with snacks and several beverage options. This place is a Gem. Everyone is hard working and does a great job!

It absolutely shocks me that this salon only has 3.7 stars. They are absolutely amazing at what they do, and I've been going here for over 5 years with no intention of leaving. Every technician is skilled and a clear professional in this field. It's evident they take pride in the cleanliness of the shop, and the tools they use on their clients. I recommend this salon to everyone who asks where I go...and I get asked a lot because I'm always complimented on my nails. I can bring in any picture I found, and they replicate it exactly, or better! Their only area for improvement is on occasion they overbook themselves causing longer wait times at the start of appointments. Definitely not enough of an issue for me to remove a star, but it may be why some rate lower. Highly recommend coming here
