Regardless of the quality of the cut, which is ok, it does not justify or permit a 1 hour wait time PAST the time the appointment was made. Mind you, this has occurred multiple times across multiple appointments. We came at 4, when our appointment was scheduled, and sat for a whole hour. He gave us no apology, no reminder, no heads up of his extreme delay, and chose to create excuses such as: “He’s fast” or “Just a couple more minutes.” You have to treat all clients equally. What’s ironic about this whole situation is the fact that when it is my turn to get a haircut, he will often rush or state that there are “other people waiting.” However, this sense of urgency is not present when I’m the person waiting, now is it? Unlicensed barbers ,how come the town allows that ? They need an inspection lack of hygiene

Great barber shop. Staff is friendly, and everyone seems to know everyone. I normally do my own home haircut, but I can say Dave did such a nice job on my hair, and I couldn't be happier.
