This was my first time visiting this place and it was very disappointing. I asked for straight cut and this is what I got . I asked the girl if she think that she did a good job she said yes . She didn’t know what she was doing, and refused to fix it . She ruined my hair . I paid and not I have to get it fixed. Save yourself time and money and don’t go here . Very unprofessional and what made me the most frustrated is the fact that I had to explain to her that it isn’t good and she didn’t care that I will leave with my hair looking like this .

I had the best experience . I was feeling low and after getting my highlights I felt like a new person, not only did he make me look beautiful, he complimented me genuinely making me feel beautiful too. The owner has great amount of experience and everyone should visit him if you need hair guidance. Loved it!

I absolutely love this hair salon, Special shout out to my girl Nikki for making my hair look so great all the time I take a seat in her chair, what a great personality she’s a sweetheart, honest and has a great sense of humor. Makes me feel like a celeb. such a fun experience to talk to everyone while my hair is processing, friendly vibes from everyone. Frank is a character he’s so informative on products and McKenzie is so down to earth and also great with her work, all three are awesome with hair coloring you won’t be disappointed. Also to add, the salon is very clean and they take great pride into the presentation. Will always come back, I’ve been a carousel gal for a couple years and will always come back :)

Walked in around 615 pm last night without an appointment and Karina took care of me. Although she has been cutting hair for a short time, she listened intently to want I wanted done and took her time. She even verified with me the amount to be cut from the back before actually cutting. When she was unsure of how I wanted the front and sides to be cut she asked for help from the owner Frank who is a seasoned stylist. I was very impressed that she asked for help instead of making a mistake! Reasonably priced, I will definitely return here for my next cut.

Came to Carousel today to have an up-do done for my niece's wedding and was thrilled with the result. Donna ribboned the back of my hair beautifully and I received compliments all day! It also stood up to extreme heat and humidity. Donna was an absolute pleasure through our appointment and I highly recommend her and Carousel.
