Beware of purchasing a Groupon for services with Moore Natural Solutions. I purchased this Groupon for my daughter as a gift, and this was her experience: 1. They had extremely limited appointments available for using the Groupon. 2. They cancelled scheduled appointments repeatedly. 3. They rescheduled the appointments without consulting my daughter about a date/time would work with her schedule. 4. They were slow in responding to communications to reschedule. 5. They cancelled the last appointment with less than 24 hours notice and rescheduled my daughter for an unworkable time after the Groupon was set to expire. It is very strange the way they operate. Not your everyday massage - this was a healing experience. Received a Groupon voucher for Mothers Day and had a two-hour session with Natalie that was amazing! I came in with a persistent ache under my left shoulder blade, and Natalie knew how to massage under my right armpit to alleviate my pain.
