Moonstone Massage + Spa LLC

My husband and I are both regular clients. It took me a few tries (in Muncie) to find the right massage therapist for me, due to some preexisting pain and shoulder problems. Look no further!! Macey is hands down (pun intended) one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. I also appreciate the generous 8 hour cancellation window too. I ended up having to cancel an appointment the night before due to a storm coming in. Everyone here genuinely cares and the staff are kind, friendly and professional. So glad I found this place! 🥰🙌

My wife and I have been going here for a while with no problems. Yesterday she woke up at 2:30 am sick. She asked me to call them when they opened to let them know she couldn’t make it since having a stomach bug would make a massage difficult and could risk getting others sick. I called and was advised there would be a charge that would need paid before she could reschedule because we didn’t cancel 8 hours before the appointment. 8 hours before her appointment they were closed and we called as soon as they opened. When she messaged them asking about it they were very dismissive and made everything out to her my wife’s fault. I guess they would rather you come in sick and risk spreading illness to their staff and other customers.

My first time going to moonstone - very happy! Macey is fantastic at her job - she created a relaxed atmosphere and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable with pressure, temperature etc I told her my pain points and she got rid of so much tension in my problem areas! Props to the owner Jessica for running a spa where the therapists seem to genuinely enjoy working there. Everyone at Moonstone seems happy to be there, and I'll be happy to keep coming back!

I had been a regular client until today. I had to cancel due to having a stomach bug. I’m extremely sick and my husband called to cancel for me. I was given a 50% late fee for not giving at least an 8 hour notice!!! Are you kidding me?!?! The new owners only care about money, not their clients or the health of their therapists. I won’t return! Again, you don’t even open until 10am. I’m sorry that I was sicker than a dog in the bathroom from 3am on. This is nuts! Your policy needs some TLC. Good luck with that.

Hands down the best place to get a massage! The owner Jessica is so nice and personable! She has created a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I have been seeing Desiree for years and she is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve been to. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is so accommodating to your needs. She remembers all your health issues and is amazing at working out your problem areas. Every where else I’ve been, I felt like just another client with the same basic massage. I don’t feel that way with Desiree! Every massage is tailored towards my problem areas with the goal of leaving feeling better than I did when I arrived and I always do. If you have a lot of trigger point knots or chronic pain, she is definitely your girl! I highly recommend Moonstone and Desiree. Yo
