While I did not get my nails done, I have been regularly coming here for chair massages. Normally there is a large man that gives fantastic chair massages but today I had one with Haiyan, and it was one of the best massages I’ve had in New York. She knows exactly how much pressure to apply and has fantastic technique. She was patient and worked out all of my neck stiffness. Will be coming here even more regularly.

Place is literally horrible. The staff is nice but that’s the only upside. They also try to get you to pay before they’re done. My nails 10 minutes after getting them done bubbled, peeled and even during the process the nail tech was super harsh and left my cuticles dry and cut odd. Save ur money go somewhere else

I wish I could give zero stars they do not provide the quality of nails required at their prices point. I miss Le bon nails. They told me to give them my credit card to provide my refund but instead they charged me an extra $46.20 unbelievable.

I asked for a simple gel of a few colors. The technician spent over an hour plucking at my cuticles, and having me stressed out forgetting the colors and the order despite writing them down. I had to wait towards the end of the session for them to open the door since they won’t turn on the A/C. Above average prices.

Two hours after a gel manicure and $105 after, my nails started to bubble and peel off. The women who work there are nice, but the quality of products are terrible! This place is a waste of money.
