Call them!! Make your appointment! The service grade A, from customer service to getting a facial.Honestly they were super accommodating. I booked last minute and they made it happen. I loved services offered and they had an array clientele, we were all so different but given the same attention. I received a facial with extractions what they call a deep cleaning, was able to explain step-by-step, which was helpful. I love that I didn’t get pushed for any products. Just recommendations on what would benefit my skin. FYIthere isn’t a storefront—- it’s in an apartment building on the 1st floor. This doesn’t take away from the quality service one gets.

I have been getting massage from Montesino for a more than 7 years even before she has the esthetic and her service are incredible, amazing. I wanted to love this place since it came recommended by a friend but my experience was far from what I expected. To start I booked this appointment to be seen specifically by Yahaira and instead was serviced by someone else. The other person was very knowledgeable but what’s the point of choosing who you want your service with if it isn’t honored and no advance notice is given? Secondly, I arrived a couple minutes early and I wasn’t seen until about 20-25 mins after my scheduled time. I can understand a couple of minutes late but 20-25mins seems like a lot especially with little to no explanation as to why. Lastly, I didn’t receive the service I originally booked, which was a hydrafacial. The reason given was that since I had an active breakout, I couldn’t receive the service which I unde
