Montesano Health and Rehabilitation Center

I had high hopes for this place, was terribly disappointed. 1/30 I got a call that my mom was getting a bedsore, and they went through the plan of attack. I figured they were doing what they claimed and I didn't question anything, huge mistake on my part! 2/12 she ended up in the ER, the dr came across the wound, said it was one of the worst he had seen. She was sent to an acute care clinic, where she had an hour surgery to clean the 8x10x4 cm wound. The surgeon said it was to the bone and about 2 weeks old. Time checked out! This was 100% caused by their neglect! This was just one of the issues, there were more, but not as big as this. I'm praising God that she is out of there.

After being in two other rehabilitation centers we were excited when my husband was able to move here. The facility is beautiful and clean. It reminds me of a high end retirement (senior living) facility. I found the other places very stressful but the care that my husband is receiving here is top notch. I highly recommend this facility.

I would give a zero rating due to the fact within 1hour and 10 minutes my uncle fell out of bed onto the hip he had surgery on. My point is if they could not provide a safe place for an Alzheimer’s patient they shouldn’t have accepted him.

My in-law moved down here recently and has loved the amount of care he's received. He feels so much more like his needs are being taken care of, and he’s very thankful for being closer to his family and home.

This is not only a beautiful facility but its staff is outstanding. There is kindness & caring throughout, from the wonderful meals to the nursing, physical therapy & Activities. My mom is treated with kindness and compassion & respect! They treat her as family and not just a lump in a bed. My sister & I are so grateful & highly recommend
