Absolutely love this salon and everything about it. I’ve been seeing Jen since I moved up here in 2021 and I’ve never even thought about going somewhere else. Everyone that works here is talented and wonderful to be around. I’ve had color corrections, vivid color, cuts and trims and I always walk away happy. My hair has never been healthier and it’s been a joy to build a relationship with such a lovely and talented gal. My fiancé also gets his cuts here making things extra easy for us. I wish I could give them more stars!

After trying many different salons and always being unhappy with my results and afraid to speak up, I finally found Jenn (Jennifer Dawn Cosmetology). She’s always been transparent with me about what is possible with my hair, how long services will take, expected upkeep, and cost. She’s done everything for me from drastic cuts, bleaching, vibrant color, balayage, to styling my hair for my wedding and other special events. She’s committed to her craft and her clients satisfaction. I won’t go anywhere else as long as she’s in business.

Headquarters Salon has an extremely friendly and welcoming environment. I am always happy to see my stylist Jen and she takes care of me in no time at all. Being a guy who wants the same haircut every month, I cannot complain. Even if I get indecisive, the stylists here are more than happy to walk me through different styles and even happier to accommodate me when I land on the same style I've had for years. This salon has broken my baber shop stigma that I grew up with, and I don't think I'll ever be able to go anywhere else to get my hair done right. 5 stars because Jen and the rest of the staff are amazing. Jen also does some amazing dye work and has helped my girlfriend break her boundaries on color position and choice. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Jen has been doing my hair for years and I will never trust anyone else! She is amazing at color and cuts, and truly listens to what you want. Couldn’t recommend her or this salon more!

This is the best hair salon in all of Gray's Harbor. Brittany has been cutting and styling my wife's hair for years. She is reasonable priced and cares deeply for her customers. You will never find a better person to trust your hair to.
